Field Trip to Wisconsin Dells

There will be a 3 hour boat trip on the UPPER Dells, with geological commentary by Robert H. Dott, Jr, Professor Emeritus, University of Wisconsin.

We will also visit Parfrey’s Glen and H.H. Bennett photo studio.

There should be good opportunities for photographs, both in the Dells and the glen.

Cost for members will be $60, nonmembers will be $70, and this includes bus transportation, boat trip, trip leader and admission to the Bennett studio.

Bring you own bag lunch, (to be eaten on the bus to save time), and possibly a tip for the driver.

Two parking and pick up points.   Maps will be provided:

   1)     1240 Osborne  Road Terminal, Fridley, MN   7:00 AM

   2)     3M Center, just south of bldg. 243, Maplewood, MN  7:45 AM

We should return to the final parking point by 10 PM.
